MULLITE

It is an aluminium silicate made from a fused process of clay, alumina and silica, in electrical high temperature furnaces (1400°C).

It is a refractory material used in the glass, steel and ceramic industries, mainly in high temperature bricks or preformed refractory objects.

Thanks to the high fusion process, this product guarantees excellent  heating shock, high temperature and spoiled resistance, and low thermal conductivity.
